In this video I’ll show you an incredible story of Socrates.

[divider_line]

When it comes to achieving results and getting tough things “done” smoothly, it comes down to utilize a resource. That resource is our “desire.”

Desire is something that guides us towards our goal. The powerful desire leads to intense action steps and you know that taking action is everything. Results are all about taking action and if you want to achieve your results smoothly then you gotto enjoy your action steps and love what you are doing. You also need to as “why” you do what you do.

Without reason and a purpose you cannot have a desire. Creating a deep desire is all about the big “why.”

This video maybe motivating to some people but for me, it is a necessary step towards getting things done. So start asking yourself questions like:

Am I enjoying these action steps? If no, what can I outsource and what should I do to enjoy it more.

“why” am I doing this? What will it give me and why does it matters?

Am I working because it is “work” or is it what I love to do?

Remember: the quality of your questions determines your outcome.

[divider_line]

Once you’ve done this, then try to focus on one particular thing that has an outcome and eliminate several things that you are thinking about doing.

If you focus on several things then it will result in friction and friction is a barrier which is blocking your success.

If you are struggling with your action steps and facing friction then most probably you’re in the grey zone.

GET OUT OF THE GREY ZONE

Grey zone means mixing things up. Focus on one specific thing that has highest ultimate outcome and is worth your time.

Implement this technique TODAY!

I was in Tony Robbins’ seminar event and he gave away this awesome tip. People there loved this tip of this the most. But I actually heard this thing for the first time from Frank Kern and this tip helped me with my dyslexia and phobias. This just changed my life.

I killed my phobias my mastering this technique of interrupting our pattern of behaiviours and emotions. It also helps us kill bad emotions.

You need to understand what messages your emotions are trying to give your body and mind. What do you have to do for these emotions go away. Your brain is trying hard to move away from the stuff you don’t want, try to focus on moving towards the stuff that you want. Slowly incline your focus towards the pleasure you’ll gain from success and achieving your goal.

Interrupting patters to change our state is a lot more than what you think, you can use this technique of NLP to change your life and your behavior.

[divider_line]

So learn and master this thing. Watch the video below for additional information and the actual tip. :-)

Here is why:

It divides energy

It is one of the chief causes procrastination

It creates stress

It dilutes focus

It holds your maximum potential

It KILLS your productivity

Grey zone means mixing things up, multitasking and not focusing completely on one thing at a particular time.

This is a must and since this is the first one, I need you to grab a journal. Start posting your daily activities, ideas and certain things you’ve learned in past. This one is huge and it’s going to help you become more creative in future.

Here is the coolest part, use it like a feeder. Post your activities and stuff like “feeds.” This is going to make super easy for you to follow it in future. So 1 year from now, when you’ll be looking back to your journal, you’ll get a deep insight from your daily thinking process about your aspirations, goals and what you have done in past that worked and what wasted time and resulted in friction. This is a basic and first personal growth step that everyone who is serious about their success MUST take.

If you won’t do it, the consequences can be deadly, here is the whole story.

Here I’m going to show you why self-esteem is important and why you shouldn’t focus on boosting self-esteem and instead, focus on changing your mindset and thinking style.

This story metaphorically represents people who get depressed and take extremely negative decisions. It represents the sad reality about people who are not so fortunate to realize what is holding them back and why they cannot feel the happiness.

Linda was an awesome woman. Actually she used to be awesome. She was graduated from Princeton, the same university Jeff Bezos (Amazon founder) was from. She had a good boyfriend and a caring mother.

After graduating from Princeton, she started her hunt for Job. But it turns out that she wants to start her own library. She got a great idea of opening a library in which people can take membership, take a new book home and if they like it, they can keep it. All they need to do is pay $30 as membership per six months. They can take unlimited books and keep 2 books per 6 months. (they also have an option to increase the limits).

She also got an idea that she will have one section in which there are going to be all Kindles. The people who cannot afford the education can come and read on kindle. If they complete reading 5 books or more in the library they can get a kindle for free. That is a kind way of helping people and getting a little govt. tax subsidies.

She invested everything she got in his idea. It was turning out good. About 6 months after she started her business, her mother, who was the only one she knows in the country, died from heart attack.

So to cope herself from this tragedy, she dunked her mind completely in her work. As a result, she wasn’t able to gave the time for her boyfriend. Her boyfriend Keith got a job in a web based company as a software engineer. Both got a pretty busy life. Life isn’t meant to be so busy.

Keith engaged in a romantic relationship with her office mate, a Cuban girl name Maria. Keith invited Linda over dinner on a café where they used to go during college time and told her that he can’t see her more. She is start to falling in love with Maria. He left yelling that she should give him more time. The truth was that Linda lost her only family, her mother and she wasn’t able to tell him that. It happens, you know.

6 months later…

It turns out that her business wasn’t going good. Amazon’s kindle was only $120 bucks and competition was hard, also decrees people’s reading hobbies made her go bankrupt. She wasn’t able to pay the $5000 rent of the building.

She started hunting for a job. It wasn’t as easy as it looks like. She got a job after 3 months in a company where she has to work 9 hours a day as the company was going through some terrible times.

4 months later…

The business development officer tried to molest her. He told her that if she can give her some “pleasure” then he can promote her and give her a little raise.

She quite her job.

She started affiliate marketing to keep her kitchen going. It was hard but she managed to make around $2000 each month.

Turns out she was in some kind of trouble, she didn’t pay her rent and she had to sell some of the furniture from the apartment to pay the rent.

One day she was standing on the terrace, thinking about how her life sucked and she didn’t mean to be like this. Her self esteem was literally 0. She keeps calling herself that she sucks.

She jumped from the terrace and died.

Somebody called 911, the ambulance took her body. Police called that it was the suicide. Her body was cremated. Nobody came to claim her body, nobody grieve her death. She went from this world with nothing. She had gone for nothing.

At some point it feels like the world is a strange place, nobody actually cares! But at the same time, I’m writing about this beautiful woman and sending this message and she matters too.

This is the story of Linda, a 28 year old woman who used to live in world’s strongest economy where people talk about living American dream.

She didn’t died, she was killed. Killed by her low self esteem and thoughts like how small she is.

Not people are fortunate enough to get the education beyond the traditional education system. Not many people are fortunate enough to have a company of positive friends. Not many people stumble upon the blogs like this or programs that motivate people that they can DO IT!

You are readin this because you are lucky to stumble upon this blog in which I’m telling you that you gotto learn how to boost your personal growth and self esteem. Or if you have listened to Tony Robbins’ Personal Power II, you know what I’m talking about.

People take this lightly. They say aw, this personal improvement, empowerment and personal growth are not for us, we have a stable job, we have a business or we are already successful. We don’t need it. They still think that their life sucks, they still hang out on negative places and website that tells you how wicked people are!

I’m kind of frustrated with what happened to that poor girl. I wish I could be with her in her hard times.

It reminds me about a song from The Beatles “all the lonely people, where do they all come from.”

You are not lonely, we all shares a symbiotic connection.

I have faced worst times than Linda, but I’m here and she is dead, the difference between me and her is that I listened to the tapes of the giant, I read the success stories of people who made it from far more worst condition than me.

Linda didn’t. She completely dunked her head in work, she didn’t invested even a little time in relationship and improving herself. Her emotions kept her from doing it. It wasn’t even her fault!

But nobody was there to tell her that hey! Move forward, Life is moving and creating value for ourselves and the world!

I guess after disagreeing for a long with Tony Robbins’ words that we all need a mentor. I think yes we do need a mentor. It doesn’t have to be somebody who can touch you, it can be anyone whose value you can access. It can be in form of a book, coaching program or in person. You can even make optimus prime your mentor. (I did that!)

The difference between Linda and Me is of self esteem.

That difference takes one person towards achieving his goals and KILLED another one.

This message was extremely important for me to deliver to you. Don’t let negative people influence you, you can make it no matter where you are right now. Understand these differences and start working on yourself. Don’t worry, you will make it one day and laugh on these struggling days.

Science has given us more than anything else. Science is one of the best gifts to humans and it’s going to remain the most important thing in our lives. It doesn’t matter if you are hardcore religious or not, but science has given to each and every one on the planet. (Except the homeless and hungry people)

IMHO, these are the 5 important scientific discoveries that had or will have the most impact in our lives. In future these are going to be few of the most important things that will shape our future.

5. LHC

The most expensive experiment of all time, Large Hadron Collider will provide us the answers that man has been searching for almost thousands of years. People have taken refuge and shelter in religions by the hallucinations of doubts like “what if they’re wrong.”

This project will provide the scientific perspective of the questions like “why we came here.” This particle accelerator will help us redefine some of the theories that scientists and researchers are working for many years. This will also reveal some of the untold secrets of the universe like black holes, the dark energy and the dark matter.

4. Stem Cell Research

This is huge. If this research goes as it should, this will help the whole humanity in regaining their damaged organs and tissues. We can create artificial organs and cells that can help us fight cancer and other deadly diseases. This will help our children not to face the consequences that we have to face like unavailability of organs and tissues.

3. NEO Evolution

NEO evolution is an experiment that is going to leave one of the most significant impacts in our lives. Although this experiment has been questioned for its morality whether it is right to alter the natural states of an organism’s DNA structure or not. But still this will help our children live longer and live healthier lives. I don’t see any possibility of that why people won’t accept it.

I recommend watch this video for more details.

2. Internet and Personal Computing

Computers have quadrupled our ability to communicate and process tasks. There is no question how much impact it left on our lives. Internet is one of the best gifts to humans by science. It has not only connected all of us, but created a whole new structure of our diverse society. I won’t say anything more as it isn’t required.

1. Evolution

One of the best ideas of all time, nothing in biology makes sense, except in the light of evolution. It not only opened the doors to the whole new and better world by questioning religion and conventional belief system, but it has answered some of the biggest questions we were looking for. From medical to biology to zoology, evolution has assisted us understand ourselves properly. From modern psychology to NLP, this theory is used as a base in almost all the stuff related to any living organism and its surroundings. I believe this is one of the best thing ever happened to human race.

And so, we are moving forward. The world is slowly moving one step closer to the society in which we can solve problems only if we can start questioning everything that doesn’t make sense.

Please feel free to leave a comment and share this article.

Few days ago, I gave away Igniter training for free to some selected people. If you don’t know what it is, it basically is a “compressed training” designed to help people in MINIMUM possible time. I put a lot of information in it. Every single sentence I used was a specific action step. It’s a nice training for people to get an ignition to move forward.

So, why I gave it away for free to some people?

Obviously, I cannot say “hey look what I’ve got! An awesome training to change your life in 3 seconds!”

We have to test everything we do. In any area, whether it is product development, design, marketing or anything that people “see” and “feel,” should go through a test.

This increases our chances of success.

So, about 80 people took the training and 50 decided to share the results.

Here is what I’ve got. Almost all 50 people loved the design and the format of the training, especially the “NO bullshit” stuff.

People started to get results as soon as they implemented the stuff they learned.

Everything was going good and then comes the problem.

In almost 35% of case studies, people were confused while implementing things, such as what to do to improve the physiology and controlling emotions.

I went through the case studies several times, and then decided to include some more stuff to help specifically doing the confusing stuff.

Then people told me to create an audio program too, cause they loved the video training and most of them want to hear it every day for a quick motivation.

I dunno how exactly it is motivational program but they find it quite motivating.

Sometimes giving specific “orders” make people its motivating. Maybe that is one of the reason.

I also included more cool stuff in the training for stress bursting and relaxation. Some white papers and special reports.

This is something nice, I mean this is the first time I worked directly with my audience and my buyers helped me creating a product.

You can apply this technique in your business too. Create a product with your audience. Select few people send them the blueprint, measure their result and see what you can do to maximize the value of your content.

Now I’m ready to launch it. I know you’ll love it, because now you know, how it was created.

P.S. – If you are one of the 50 people who decided to share the results, you’ll get a FREE copy. Thanks for your support!

Talk Soon,

I was researching about this thingy, and I was fascinated by it. I was researching about music therapies and mediations. I was fascinated by the results it produced and how it changed many lives. Here is what I would like to share with you.

When you listen to rhythmic music,(not pop/rock music) it relaxes your muscles, calms your mind and help your body to throw the negativities out. And research has shown that it really worked on majority of people.

It rhythmic acoustic/natural music leaves a same effect on your brain, like what a perfectly performed mediation leaves.

Therefore, I can say that “Music is Mediation.”

If you can master this thing, you can live a stress free and a soothing life. It is an process in which a therapist uses music and all of its facets—physical, emotional, mental, social, aesthetic, and spiritual to help clients to improve or maintain their health.

The popular music therapies are those which include brainwaves and rhythmic music. I exercised this with my client in mastermind, and if people are regularly do this before sleeping, after performing some yogic and breathing exercise, it significantly affected their creativity, productivity and health.

Here is how the magic happens

Here is what I’ve found in research and interviewing experts in this field:

In evolution process, man has been living in “non-concrete” based areas for thousands of years. When we were in our early stages, we used to live in jungles. And the sound of surroundings of that time, is the sound which we used to live for hundreds of thousands of years.

We are naturally programmed to live that way, it’s kinda genetic. We are NOT wired to live in concrete based society. How many years we have been in this society? 2 thousand years? I think maybe less!

Compare this to millions of years we lived in forest in form of our ancestor – Ardipithecus, which is a very early hominin genus. They were the early forms of homo-sapiens and that’s what we were. We used to live, hunt, share, care for our families, protect and do many things.

We still do these things. But we’re kinda super evolved. We will continue to share these value and its hardwired in our system.

So, where does sound fits here? It fits here perfectly.

Sound plays a major role in our behavior towards its values. When we are in true natural surroundings, the soothing sound of nature feels like “sex.”

It feels like we are in heaven when we hear the songs of nature, right?

So why does this happens?

I found the answer in evolution, which is kinda fascinating.

I just told you that it is hard wired in our system. The rhythm is hardwired in our DNA. That made us attract towards it. No wonder why music industry is a multi-billion dollar industry, but it makes sense why it is.

These songs of nature and touch of grass is where we belong. When we used to hear this in our early stages of evolution, we feel like we’re home.

But the actual reason is this, nature sings the most in the morning, when animals wake up, specially birds. And these sounds help us start our day. They help us release chemicals that help us calming down, gain energy to start off.

Similar applies to the sound of river and waterfall. Here is what it is:

Water was one of the most important sources of life in early days. We used to travel far for it. When we come close to water sources, its sound attract us towards it. JUST like it attracts elephants from hundreds of miles and you can see this in many animals.

This sound is soothing; it used to give us a feeling like “heaven ahead.”

When we come close to a river or a waterfall, it affects certain regions of our brain. It calms us down. It is developed and took millions of years.

If you go to Wikipedia and search music therapy, you will see that if help us increase positive outcomes and enhances motivation. It also helps us improve emotional health and social perspective.

It changes our mood that helps relieving stress by a significant amount. Current research shows that when music therapy is used in conjunction with traditional therapy, it improves rates of recovery and emotional and social deficits resulting from stroke.

The magic is in the rhythm

Music has proven useful in the recovery of motor skills. Rhythmical auditory stimulation in a musical context in combination with traditional gait therapy improved the ability of stroke patients to walk. It also help destroying cancer cells.

Rhythm is important. Rhythm can’t be more perfect than the songs of nature. Although similar results can be achieved by notes in proper time intervals and notes. So, if you are thinking start playing piano or acoustic guitar, go for it.

It also helps improving motor skills, response rate and attracts us towards “love.”

Thousands of researches have been done on this subject in past. And in almost all cases, music turns out a simulator that helps our brain to behave in a way, which changes our reality and relieves the tightness and stress.

But this is something important. Most of the people out there, are giving this therapy wrong. It doesn’t mean it does anything wrong, except the effect of their stuff is nothing more than listening to music, normally how we listen. Doesn’t give us out its best results.

The best way to do this is to relax completely, perform some rhythmic breathing exercises before staring, do a little relaxation Yoga or Chinese mediation practice also help us. Then start by rubbing our palm on our face and hands.

Don’t let any distractions disturb you, take a piss before going into that, or you know what happens.

Also let the fresh air flow into the room.

This is some basics you have to keep in mind before starting.

So that’s it, start with it and you’ll see the results.

Anyway, I hope you like this article, somebody created a video by putting all the images together and inserting a stock music, but its kinda neat, watch it.

[dropcap2 color="black"]A[/dropcap2]bout few months back, when I was doing market research for Incharger, I found some shocking facts about “people.”

Yes, and you will be shocked too. I see that people behave in a strange way. They are unethical. Read on…

But why am I saying that and what does it has to do with you? Well, I see that majority of people are Bozo and negative.

So here is the case, people are actually NOT as BAD as they seems to us. In fact they are good, kind and helping.

But what makes them behave in a strange way?

I went to a “city” (I decided not to disclose name as the people of that city will piss me off )

When I was there I saw that people don’t care for other people. They seem strange. People behave like strangers even with their neighbors. They never trust anyone and a very few help the people who slipped in front of them. They just don’t have time to pick him up.

Now you might be getting an idea what I’m trying to say.

But actually if you observe their behavior closely, then you’ll get the idea that they are actually not bad. The truth is that nobody is bad in this world. You might be disagreeing with me but wait, after reading this hopefully you’ll get the perspective.

People are not bad, so what makes them behave like a not so good human being?

It’s *INFLUENCE*

Influence over the people make them behave in either a good way or bad way depending upon their experiences. We live in X society, and people want to be a part of that particular society. They don’t want to be a stranger. They think it will make them weird.

So they are influenced by X society, and switch their perspective to the perspective of the crowd of that particular society.

For example: A Muslim extremist hate a Jew extremist because the society he lives in hates them. (No religious offence, it’s just an example)

So, if you go with the crowd, hopefully you will end up with the same thinking process of almost all the people of X society.

What I mean to say is that the crowd is not successful (in most cases).

“The public have an insatiable curiosity to know everything, except what is worth knowing” – Oscar Wilde

So to become the one you want, you have to be in influence of the people you admire or the one who you think are cool. (Not to be confused with movie stars, rock stars or shit like that)

For me, people who influenced me are Bruce Lee, Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Steve Jobs, Jim Ron, Steven Covey, Brain Tracy and many more.

You have to be in the influence of people who are successful and motivating.

If you were in the influence of Hitler and the Nazi society for a long time. And would have listened to their arguments against Jews over and over, again and again. The hatred against Jews will go in your head again and again and again. After years, you will eventually start to think like them. That is the reason why the fuck they believe in their shit!

One motivated leader with strong belief can change the perspective of whole society with his power of influence.

Although there is also neurological connection in it, Read the book “Why We Believe What We Believe” for more weird stuff on it.

The point is, our BELIEF SHAPES OUR REALITY

It’s the beliefs that motivate the society. They can be good or bad.

“If you don’t like something change it; if you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.” - Mary Engelbreit

So here is the tip, start taking positive and motivating messages again and again. Listen to the tapes of Tony, Jim Ron and more.

Start getting in the influence of people like Tony Robbins, Jim Ron and guys like them, who can convince you that you can do it. Not the people who say you can’t do it.

Start kicking fucked up negative messages out.

Do it, or else they will eat you; they allow you to waste your time, stress and efforts you are making to be successful and leads to a totally different direction.

“Keep away from those who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you believe that you too can become great.” – Mark Twain

Think what are the positive behaviors you have that separates you from the rest of the society, what it is that keeps you going. If your answer is a bit confusing, you must know that you should take my tips above and apply it as soon as possible.

BUT

The final forming of a person’s character lies in their own hands. – Anne Frank

You can choose to believe what YOU want, your desire can take you beyond what society thinks and behaves. Your desire, passion and mindset if are set and focused, then fuck the society, nobody can let you down and change your perspective. Learn how to construct your own perpective that actually help you be happy and focused.

It is what separates great people from just “people.”
